TUB4U - Luxury Mobile Hot Tub

A refundable damage deposit of $499 will be charged to the Renter’s credit card at the come of booking.

The damage deposit will be refunded within 3 business days, provided the hot tub is returned in its original condition after inspection.

The Company will deliver and set up the hot tub at the Renter’s specified location, provided there is adequate access.

The Renter is responsible for supplying water to fill the hot tub.

If preferred, the Company can deliver the hot tub pre-filled with water for an additional fee of $99.

The hot tub operates with a firewood-burning stove.

The Renter is responsible for safely managing the fire and ensuring it is completely extinguished after use.

The Renter acknowledges the inherent risks associated with using a firewood-burning stove and assumes full responsibility for any fire-related incidents.

Use the hot tub and its components properly and responsibly.

Drain the water from the tub afer use.

Ensure the hot tub and its components, including the stove, jets, and exterior, are not damaged during the rental period.

Return the hot tub in a clean and operable condition.

The Renter accepts full responsibility for any damage to the hot tub or its components during the rental period, including:

Fire damage.

Structural damage.

Improper use of the stove or accessories.

The Company is not liable for:

Any injuries or harm caused to the Renter or other individuals using the hot tub.

Property damage arising from the improper use of the hot tub or firewood stove.

Any incidents resulting from the operation of the firewood-burning stove.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the Renter’s use of the hot tub or stove.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.

Acknowledgment

By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the hot tub, its components, and any associated risks during the rental period.
